This article will help you learn how to create report templates in your Kohezion account.
Kohezion’s reports are a great tool to organize, view and share your data. Before you generate your reports, you need to create a report template. The wizard will help you choose the application for which you want to create a report template, its type and the fields you want to see appear on your report.
To create a report template, you need to be on the “Reports” tab. Click “New” on the left column and follow the wizard.
Select the application for which you want to create a report template.
- Give your template a title.
- Select if the report should be visible to other users.
- Select the type of report you want to create.
Select the project fields to include in your report.
Select the application fields to include in your report.
Select the search header information. Click “Finish”.
Your report template is ready to be used. You can now generate a report from this template. Simply select it, click generate and select an available search or use an ad hoc search.
